Converting UP3 Files to a CAD Format
« on: August 15, 2014, 12:09:41 PM »
Is there a way to convert a UP3 file into a format readable by CAD programs.  Example formats would be STL, DXF, DWG etc.

The need for this came about when I received my new UP2 printer and went to hang a filament spool from my (Much unloved and now traded FELIX) on the UP, and of course the UP spool is thinner.  I thought I could save time by reading the file into CAD and massaging it for the extra spool width, but no can do.

This may become relevant with other files, so hence the question
