The platen has to be at full temperature for this printer to print without the print lifting and sliding across the platen.

This means that before you print let the platen come to full temperature 100-105 C before starting the print.

This will save you allot of troubleshooting time.

For reference, I did some testing with an IR Thermometer and at 100% (or 100 deg) the perf plate surface runs at about 75-85 degrees this is after about 2 hours of printing.

General rule I use is to fire up the software and preheat the platen before importing files etc.
