Can I use it? If it works, I will try to do it.

Practical Explanation ( For Example ) :- `1st of all can you tell me every single seconds detail from that time when you born ?? ( i need every seconds detail ?? that what- what you have thought and done on every single second )

can you tell me every single detail of your `1 cheapest Minute Or your whole hour, day, week, month, year or your whole life ??

if you are not able to tell me about this life then what proof do you have that you didn't forget your past ? and that you will not forget this present life in the future ?

that is Fact that Supreme Lord Krishna exists but we posses no such intelligence to understand him.
there is also next life. and i already proved you that no scientist, no politician, no so-called intelligent man in this world is able to understand this Truth. cuz they are imagining. and you cannot imagine what is god, who is god, what is after life etc.
_______
for example :Your father existed before your birth. you cannot say that before your birth your father don,t exists.

So you have to ask from mother, "Who is my father?" And if she says, "This gentleman is your father," then it is all right. It is easy.
Otherwise, if you makes research, "Who is my father?" go on searching for life; you'll never find your father.

( now maybe...maybe you will say that i will search my father from D.N.A, or i will prove it by photo's, or many other thing's which i will get from my mother and prove it that who is my Real father.{ So you have to believe the authority. who is that authority ? she is your mother. you cannot claim of any photo's, D.N.A or many other things without authority ( or ur mother ).

if you will show D.N.A, photo's, and many other proofs from other women then your mother. then what is use of those proofs ??} )

same you have to follow real authority. "Whatever You have spoken, I accept it," Then there is no difficulty. And You are accepted by Devala, Narada, Vyasa, and You are speaking Yourself, and later on, all the acaryas have accepted. Then I'll follow.
I'll have to follow great personalities. The same reason mother says, this gentleman is my father. That's all. Finish business. Where is the necessity of making research? All authorities accept Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. You accept it; then your searching after God is finished.

Why should you waste your time?
_______
all that is you need is to hear from authority ( same like mother ). and i heard this truth from authority " Srila Prabhupada " he is my spiritual master.
im not talking these all things from my own.
___________

in this world no `1 can be Peace full. this is all along Fact.

cuz we all are suffering in this world 4 Problems which are Disease, Old age, Death, and Birth after Birth.

tell me are you really happy ?? you can,t be happy if you will ignore these 4 main problem. then still you will be Forced by Nature.

if you really want to be happy then follow these 6 Things which are No illicit s.ex, No g.ambling, No d.rugs ( No tea & coffee ), No meat-eating ( No onion & garlic's )

5th thing is whatever you eat `1st offer it to Supreme Lord Krishna. ( if you know it what is Guru parama-para then offer them food not direct Supreme Lord Krishna )

and 6th " Main Thing " is you have to Chant " hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare ".
_______________________________
If your not able to follow these 4 things no illicit s.ex, no g.ambling, no d.rugs, no meat-eating then don,t worry but chanting of this holy name ( Hare Krishna Maha-Mantra ) is very-very and very important.

Chant " hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare " and be happy.

if you still don,t believe on me then chant any other name for 5 Min's and chant this holy name for 5 Min's and you will see effect. i promise you it works And chanting at least 16 rounds ( each round of 108 beads ) of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra daily.
____________
Here is no Question of Holy Books quotes, Personal Experiences, Faith or Belief. i accept that Sometimes Faith is also Blind. Here is already Practical explanation which already proved that every`1 else in this world is nothing more then Busy Foolish and totally idiot.

Source(s):
every `1 is already Blind in this world and if you will follow another Blind then you both will fall in hole. so try to follow that person who have Spiritual Eyes who can Guide you on Actual Right Path. ( my Authority & Guide is my Spiritual Master " Srila Prabhupada " )

General Discussion / How is 3D printing changing product design?
« Last post by vexpertise on July 14, 2017, 10:25:39 PM »
There are a few different ways that 3D printing is having a big impact on the product design process, and on manufacturing in general.

Prototyping: 3D printing allows for inventors and product designers to easily produce functional prototypes that can be very similar to production parts, both in terms of material properties and aesthetics. Technologies like FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling) and DMLS allow designers to test out their ideas using production-grade materials, without having to worry about tooling. Because 3D printers can cost-effectively produce single parts, itís much easier to go through multiple prototype iterations without breaking the bank. 3D printing is even used now to create the molds that wind up being used for final production.
Design Flexibility: Because 3D printers can produce really complex or challenging geometries (lattices, hollow spaces, etc), designers can work without having to worry about many of the limitations of injection molding or milling. 3D printers can easily produce shapes that would be extremely difficult if not impossible using other methods.

Because of this, designers can now design complex objects as one part which would otherwise have to be assembled from multiple parts. This allows for more efficient and, sometimes, more structurally stable designs.
Customization: Because 3D printing is more adapted for lower-volume production runs, it allows for product designers to develop more specialized or customized items that donít necessarily have a very broad market appeal. When you donít have to justify high-volume production, it frees you to create more niche products, or to design limited-edition products. Lots of the designers at Cad Crowd, for example, create really interesting 3d printed designer jewelry gujarat india.

Everyone becomes a product designer. We havenít quite reached this stage yet, and we may never get there 100%. But technology like 3D printing and digital manufacturing is putting production more in the hands of individuals than it has been in the past, and this trend is predicted to continue. Right now, inventors, DIYers, and entrepreneurs can take advantage of 3D printing to quickly produce custom parts they need for their special projects. People are starting to take advantage of the technology to produce custom game pieces and all kinds of other things. In the near future, weíll probably be using the technology to make all kinds of things for ourselves to our exact specifications. And thatís a pretty big change in product design! 3d printing service mumbai pune maharashtra delhi chhattisgarh Telangana india

General Discussion / What's so great about 3D printing?
« Last post by vexpertise on June 24, 2017, 09:36:56 PM »
3D printing is considered to be next industrial revolution. It will revolutionize the whole manufacturing process of almost everything.

If you go to any industry which is using conventional manufacturing process you can see amount of work they are doing to get final object, number of people working, number of times rework done, amount of wastage, number of tools, msmy different types of jigs and fixtures, etc. All these parameters make conventional manufacturing process complicated. Being a mechanical engineer even I couldn't able to understand the whole process.

When it comes to 3D printing, it overcomes almost all limitations of mentioned above. 3d printing delhi ncr telangana india

It has some good advantages over conventional manufacturing viz;

Additive process: 3D printing is basically additive technology where materials is added layer by layer to get final object which is exactly opposite to conventional manufacturing where materials is removed to get final object. Thus 3d printing reduces material wastage to almost zero.
Intricate shape: it's very difficult of almost impossible to build objects having intricate or complex shapes using conventional manufacturing but when it comes to 3d printing, it can make complex shape object that too without any support.
Ease of manufacturing: You only need to give 3d drawing to 3d printer and it can print final object directly irrespective of size and shape of object. But in conventional machines like CNC, for every different object we have to write programs yourself manually.
Ease of use: CNC machine requires an trained person to operate but not for 3d printer, anyone with good knowledge about 3d printer can operate it easily.
Reduced workforce and Training cost: 3d printer is an automation and thus it will replace workforce and cost indulged into it.
No tooling, jigs and fixtures: 3d printer neither requires tools nor jigs - fixtures to clamp object but CNC does.
Direct final object manufacturing: to manufacture object using conventional manufacturing process, certain steps has to be followed such as pattern making, mould making, pouring molten metal, finishing and inspection. But 3d printer manufacture final object directly, in some cases post processing us required. 3d printing prototyping services Andhra Pradesh india

This are some of the reasons of 3d printing being so great. In Future it will replace all conventional machines and that will be next industrial revolution.

Maybe auto calibration doesn't work properly. You should try manual calibration.

You should also check the perforated board or under it... maybe there is some material residue  left?!?!

This is an excellent question. The answer to this is going to be pretty long. So kindly bear with me.

The thing you have to know about conventional jewelry manufacturing is most often, the jewelry is made by using a process called investment casting or lost-wax casting. Recommend reading this article for a background: Investment hd casting

Once you have read that, I am sure you would have understood that there are several properties you need from the pattern you will make a mold from. Ideally you would want a material with the following qualities :
You need to have a good surface finish of the jewelry so that it shines better and is aesthetically more pleasing. Therefore it is of paramount importance that your pattern has a good surface finish. You need to use a substance which burns off quickly without much residue. It is durable in variable conditions of temperature. You don't want your pattern to be made of a material which distorts easily. Should be easy to transport.
The material which most often meets these requirements is wax. Although, it sometimes has issues on the 3rd parameter.

The usual manufacturing process (I am not sure if the OP knows how the jewelry manufacturing process works, but for the ones who might now know, here is how it goes. Bold indicates the stage in the manufacturing process):   3d printing prototyping service chandigarh kochi - sla technology
1. Design of the part in a CAD/CAM software.
2. Prototyping by use of a CNC machine to cut a block of wax in the shape desired from the CAD file.
3. Urethane casting [Optional only if multiple copies are needed] : Making urethane molds to make multiple wax model copies.
4. Casting: Setting up of a "Christmas tree" where these models are attached to a runner and then dipped in a ceramic slurry.
5. Pouring of the liquid metal into the runner. The metal burns and evaporates the wax and solidifies in the desired shape.
6. Surface Finish: Minor finishing required.

This is in relation to the S200 & S250, not sure about the D255.
It appears they all use the same build table as the largest model.
However the build area is restricted to that of the models specs.

I you could have a full width plate to place at the front & a couple down the sides.
These could be of a different colour & flat. Then you can save the strips for the build area.

ABS contains styrene which is indeed soluble in limonene so you would have to be very careful of over-treatment. I don't believe PLA contains any styrene content, could this be a more suitable material to print with HIPS?

It will be interesting to see whether limonene treatment will affect the ongoing stability of the ABS - perhaps it permeates and weakens the structure over time?

UP Plus / New Spool
« Last post by Tdotcom on May 16, 2017, 07:25:04 AM »
Hi Group
I am a real newbie at 3D printing. I have only just used my first roll of filament.  I have put my new spool on and according to the instructions I need to select 'New Spool' under Maintenance.  My problem is that I do not have the 'New Spool' option?  I have an Up Plus 2 printer and Up Software v1.7.3.0.  The software is up-to-date, just checked.  I cannot find the option anywhere else in the program, so I keep getting the 'Printer is short of material' error message, which is annoying.  I am a teacher and have just starting doing 3D printing with my students so any help will be greatly received.  Thank you very much.
