Machine worked fine, now nozzle runs into board no matter what settings

Have a new Upbox+ that worked fine for the first 3 print jobs, then clogged up. Ran a 1.5 mm drill through nozzle to clean it, now nozzle runs into board no matter what settings? Have done auto calibration, nozzle check, changed nozzle height from 208 to 215, still hits perf board and burns a groove in it? Any ideas?

Maybe auto calibration doesn't work properly. You should try manual calibration.

You should also check the perforated board or under it... maybe there is some material residue  left?!?!

If changing nozzle height didn't fix it then there has to be something pushing it down to still hit the board. I'd check that
