Software crashes on Mac OSX Mavericks
« on: March 10, 2014, 08:30:42 PM »
Tried using the downloadable software v2.0(3) on Mac OSX Mavericks (10.9.2). Successfully initialized printer, loaded a sample calibration cube (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:45225/#files), and when I hit print the UP program crashes.

Tried using VirtualBox and Windows 7, but then the Windows software cannot find the printer ("Printer is disconnected"), so that doesn't work either.

I can connect and print from a Windows 8.1 laptop, so I know the hardware is fine.

What did I do wrong, or is the software simply broken?

Thanks!

UPDATE:
VirtualBox and Windows 7 now works. I had forgotten to install the device driver. So that seems like a viable option until the Mac software has been fixed.
