Up Mini stalls and wont print! Spooling issue
« on: February 06, 2014, 09:33:36 PM »
hi all
The UpMini at school has been working reliably up until today.
The issue is strange. When i press print, the Printer counts thrui the layers as per normal. Then it asks whether or not to add more material - i say NO.
It starts to send each layer then but stops sending after the first one, two or four etc
Meanwhile the light on the printer continues to flash (very fast) as if it is receiving data. But an hour later nothing has moved.
Tried it with various models - both new and previously printed ones.
I have to physically turn the machine off to stop it.

Both software and printer are motionless until i intervene with the kill button!

Any ideas anyone?

PS - i hadnt upgraded anything prior to using it so it shouldnt be a software issue....but...............who knows! :)

cheers scott

Best to remove the back cover and either replace or format the microSD card.
